  • Begonia ferox is an unusual beautiful plant that is native to the country of China especially Guangxi. Guangxi has abundant of limestone rocks which is the natural habitat location of begonia. The raised black cones that almost resemble teeth (not sharp to touch) appear gradually as the plant matures, while new leaves coming out a flat green. The tip of black each cone initially grows a single hair which falls off within time.

    Secret of success:
    - Prefer moderate amount of sunlight.
    - Requires well-drained soil.
    - Let the soil dry between watering.
    - It is well-adapted to the areas where the humidity percentage is around 75-95%.
    - Fertilise lightly during the growing season.
