What flower will I get?

The blooms you receive depend on the type of subscription you have chosen. With our Classic flower subscription you will receive exactly the flower you are subscribing for during the subscription period, and with Florist's Selection Subscription you will receive blooms inspired by the seasons which are curated by our florist team. You can expect to receive a surprise from us each time. 

 

Change of flowers during subscription for Classic Flower Subscription

For prepaid subscription for 3, 6, 12 months, we are unable to change the flower type when the subscription is still on-going.

On the other hand, if you are subscribing pay as you go subscription plan, you can pause or cancel your current subscription (for example: lily), and subscribe another flower subscription (for example: peony).

For assistance, you may reach out to our customer service to help you do so.

**We advise customers to cancel the subscription before the next renewal, as there will be no refund will be given during the active subscription period

 

Payment

For prepaid subscriptions, you will pay all your 3, 6, 12 deliveries upon your subscription on your chosen payment method.

For ongoing subscriptions, payment is automatically taken from your nominated credit/debit card before delivery. You can pause or cancel your subscription any time.


Cancellation

You can cancel your ongoing subscription at any time. Cancellation can made from the customer portal in your account. However, you may also contact our customer service to do so for you.
