Pudina mint, also known simply as mint or spearmint, is a popular herb widely used in culinary, medicinal, and aromatic applications. Pudina mint has bright green, lance-shaped leaves that are slightly serrated. The leaves have a characteristic cool, minty aroma when crushed, which is caused by essential oils like menthol. It’s known for its refreshing, slightly sweet, and cool flavor, often used in teas, dishes, and drinks.

    Prefer moderate to high humidity. It can tolerate average indoor humidity levels, it will grow best with higher humidity,

    Fertilizing with a balanced, slow-release organic fertilizer or compost is ideal.

  • Caution

    To keep mint bushy and productive, regularly trim or harvest the leaves. Pruning also helps control its spreading nature and keeps the plant manageable.
