SECTION 1 - GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE & ARRANGEMENTS

1. Delivery Within Klang Valley
We provide comprehensive delivery services within the Klang Valley region under the following parameters:

  • Delivery Hours: Daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Timeline Adjustments: Please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to external factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and seasonal delivery volume.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this cut-off window will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
  • Delivery Charges: Rates start from RM6 and vary depending on the destination. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on postcode validation.

2. Outstation Delivery (Nationwide)
We offer nationwide delivery to selected states through our trusted logistics partners, each with specific delivery arrangements.

  • Delivery Charges: Rates start from RM10, with no minimum purchase requirement.
  • Dynamic Fee Calculation: Fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination postcode you have entered.
  • Operational Rules: Refer below detailed information on pickup locations, schedules, and partner arrangements.

SECTION 2 - ACCURATE POSTCODE & ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Because delivery rates, routing slots, and specific arrival availabilities are heavily calculated based on geographical zones, users are strictly required to input a valid, accurate postcode and delivery address at the checkout page.

  • Dynamic Data Validation: Final delivery dates, time windows, and applicable surcharges will automatically display at checkout depending entirely on the postcode you have entered.
  • Customer Responsibility: Please double-check all destination parameters before finalizing payment. Pudu Ria Florist Trading accepts no liability for fulfillment delays, misrouted shipments, or immediate order cancellations stemming from faulty or incorrect address/postcode data input.

 

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TIMELINES & SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

  • Perishable Scheduling: Delivery dates and specific times are strictly based on operational fleet availability and may vary depending on your physical location.
  • Peak Seasons & Surcharges: During major floral holiday blocks (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Hari Raya, or Lunar New Year), standard delivery windows may be extended. Special festive surcharges may apply, which will be dynamically calculated and clearly displayed during your checkout process.
  • Public Holidays: Delivery routines run across regular business frameworks. Unless officially adjusted by corporate notification, if a scheduled delivery date coincides with a national or state public holiday, the fulfillment will automatically route to the next available business delivery slot.

 

SECTION 4 - SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY SCHEDULE & MODIFICATIONS

  • First-Time Subscription Deliveries: For first-time subscription deliveries, flowers will be delivered on the date selected at checkout.
  • Subsequent Deliveries: For subsequent deliveries, flowers will be delivered on the renewed date based on your chosen frequency.
  • Subscription Modifications: For customers tied to recurring subscription plans, any logistical modifications—including temporary pauses, delivery date skips, or routing address updates—must be processed via your user Account Portal at least three (3) business days prior to the next scheduled delivery cycle. Failure to update address frameworks before this cut-off window will result in the shipment routing to the original address on file, subject to our standard failed delivery protocols.

 

SECTION 5 - RECIPIENT ABSENCE & FAILED DELIVERY REDIRECTS

Fresh cut flowers and botanical foliage are highly perishable organic materials that deteriorate rapidly if exposed to adverse weather or left in transit for prolonged periods.

  • Unattended Drop-Offs: If a recipient is absent during the delivery window, our riders will attempt to call the customer or recipient for immediate drop-off instructions. With prior confirmation, flowers may be left at a designated guard house, reception desk, or a shaded doorstep. Pudu Ria Florist Trading accepts no liability or responsibility for the rapid deterioration, theft, or damage of products left unattended.
  • Failed Delivery Surcharges: If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery information, additional charges may apply as stated in our Shipping Policy.
  • Redelivery Terms: To initiate a subsequent delivery attempt, a redelivery surcharge must be settled by the customer. Due to the breakdown speed of organic cut florals, if redelivery is not arranged promptly, the freshness of the product can no longer be guaranteed.

 

SECTION 6 - DAMAGE CLAIMS & TRANSIT RESOLUTIONS

We treat our floral cargo with exceptional care. In the rare event that your perishable goods suffer severe physical structural damage or decay while under the care of our delivery fleet, you must submit a formal service ticket with digital photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery:

Valid claims verified by our team will be resolved exclusively through equivalent floral replacements on your next scheduled routing or via issued online store credit. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
