All About Flower Subscription

How does the flower subscription work?

Our subscription service brings a consistent supply of fresh, premium blooms directly to your space. You simply choose your preferred style tier, select how often you want them delivered (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly), and complete checkout. Your subscription will run on autopilot, renewing and billing your payment method automatically based on your chosen frequency.

Can I choose the specific flowers or colors I receive each week?

To ensure you always get the absolute highest quality and value, all our subscriptions operate under a "Designer’s Choice" guarantee. Each week, our team hand-selects the freshest seasonal blooms straight from the wholesale market to create a unique, premium arrangement. While website photos serve as beautiful aesthetic inspiration, your actual deliveries will vary dynamically based on seasonal availability and market conditions.

I am going out of town. Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Yes, our standard "Pay-On-The-Go" plans offer total flexibility! You can easily pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery cycle directly through your online customer Account Portal.

⚠️ Important Note: All skips, pauses, or address modifications must be finalized in your account at least three (3) business days before your next scheduled delivery window. Changes made after this cut-off cannot be applied retroactively to the active order.

Are there any commitments or cancellation fees?

It depends on the plan you choose:

  • Standard "Pay-On-The-Go" Plans: No long-term commitments! You can cancel your subscription at any time after your very first delivery, provided you cancel via your portal at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle begins.
  • Commitment Plans: These plans offer special perks (like a complimentary signature vase with your first order) and require a mandatory minimum term of twelve (12) completed deliveries. They cannot be cancelled early.
When will my subscription flowers be delivered?
  • Your First Delivery: Your initial blooms will arrive precisely on the calendar date you manually choose at checkout.
  • Subsequent Deliveries: All future deliveries will automatically route on the renewed date based on your selected frequency (e.g., every Wednesday for a weekly plan). We deliver daily during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
What happens if I am not home to receive my flowers?

Because fresh flowers are highly perishable, we strongly recommend designating a cool, shaded spot, or asking a guardhouse/reception desk to accept the drop-off on your behalf. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the theft, damage, or rapid deterioration of flowers left unattended or exposed to direct sunlight.

What happens if my automated subscription payment fails?

Don't worry! If a recurring payment fails, our system will automatically try to process the charge 3 times over 3 consecutive days. If all 3 attempts fail, your subscription will be temporarily suspended so you don't lose any credit. You can easily update your card details and reactivate your subscription at any time via your Account Portal.

My subscription flowers arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take immense pride in our quality control, but because flowers are fragile, organic items, accidents can occasionally happen during transit. Because returns are handled strictly on a quality basis, you must contact our support team via website Live Chat or WhatsApp (+60 19-388 7760) within four (4) hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the damage so we can immediately arrange for an equivalent replacement or store credit.
