OVERVIEW

Welcome to the Flower Subscription Service operated by Pudu Ria Florist Trading Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 200801024466). Our flower subscription plans are designed to provide a hassle-free, flexible, and consistent supply of beautiful, fresh-cut blooms directly to your space.

By initiating a subscription plan on our website (https://prflorist.com.my), you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms, operational timelines, and rules outlined within this Subscription Policy.

 

SECTION 1 - SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & BILLING

  • Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically based on your chosen frequency (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly).
  • Upcoming Order Reminder: An automated reminder email will be sent to your registered inbox 12 hours before your subscription order is billed. Please use this window to verify that you are ready to receive your flowers at the designated delivery address.
  • Billing Schedule: Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on the scheduled renewal date itself.
  • Failed Payments & Suspensions: If an automated payment fails, our system will make 3 attempts over 3 consecutive days to process the charge. If all 3 attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically suspended. You can update your payment details and reactivate your subscription at any time via your Account Portal.
  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will always be notified via email at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.

 

SECTION 2 - COMMITMENT PLANS

  • Minimum Term: Our Commitment Plan requires a mandatory minimum term of twelve (12) completed deliveries.
  • Complimentary Gift: The signature vase provided in your first delivery is our welcoming gift to you for making this commitment.
  • No Early Cancellation: This plan cannot be cancelled or refunded prior to the completion of the 12-delivery period. If a payment fails and your subscription is suspended, the commitment period will be paused and extended until the full 12-delivery obligation is met.

 

SECTION 3 - FLEXIBILITY: MODIFY, PAUSE, OR SKIP

  • Standard Subscriptions: For our flexible "Pay-On-The-Go" plans, you may pause, skip an upcoming delivery, or modify your delivery frequency at any time via your online Account Portal.
  • Deadline for Changes: All modifications—including routing address updates, delivery skips, or account pauses—must be finalized in your account at least 3 business days before your next scheduled delivery. Changes made after this cut-off window will apply to the following delivery cycle.

 

SECTION 4 - DELIVERIES & LOGISTICS

  • Delivery Windows: We provide delivery services within Klang Valley and throughout supported states in Peninsular Malaysia during standard business hours. While we cannot guarantee a precise arrival time due to transit and routing variances, you will receive an automated notification as soon as your blooms are on their way.
  • Recipient Absence: Because fresh flowers are highly perishable, we strongly recommend designating a cool, shaded spot (or a guardhouse/reception desk) for drop-off if no one is home. Pudu Ria Florist Trading is not responsible for the theft or deterioration of flowers left unattended or exposed to direct sunlight.
  • Public Holidays: If your scheduled delivery date falls on a major public holiday, your delivery will be automatically routed to the next available business delivery day unless otherwise notified.

 

SECTION 5 - THE "DESIGNER’S CHOICE" GUARANTEE

  • Seasonality: Every subscription delivery is a unique, premium "Designer’s Choice" arrangement. Our florists hand-select the freshest seasonal flowers available in the wholesale market each week.
  • Substitutions: Photography on our website is intended entirely for aesthetic inspiration. Your actual weekly delivery will vary dynamically based on market availability, weather conditions, and the creative curation of our design team.

 

SECTION 6 - FRESHNESS, QUALITY ISSUES & STORE CREDIT

  • Reporting a Problem: Returns are accepted strictly on a quality basis. If your blooms arrive in exceptionally poor condition, please contact our support team via our website Live Chat or WhatsApp (+60 19-388 7760) within four (4) hours of delivery with clear, well-lit photos of the arrangement. Any claims made outside this 4-hour window will be considered strictly invalid due to the perishable nature of live botanicals.
  • Resolution Limit: Valid, verified quality claims will be resolved through an equivalent replacement in your next scheduled delivery or via online store credit. Due to the highly perishable nature of organic goods, we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • Store Credit Policies: Store credits are non-exchangeable for cash. Store credit issued directly from order resolutions, verified freshness complaints, or refunds does not carry an expiration date unless explicitly stated during issuance.

 

SECTION 7 - CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Standard Plans: You may cancel your "Pay-On-The-Go" subscription at any time after your first delivery, provided notice is given via your portal at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle begins.
  • Commitment Plans: Cancellation is only unlocked after the 12-delivery term is fully completed. To prevent the plan from automatically renewing into a new cycle after your 12th delivery, please cancel your plan before the billing cycle for the 13th delivery commences.
