How often do you want your flowers delivered?
We offer both On-Going and 3-Months Flowers plans. If you choose On-Going, you will receive your flowers on the delivery frequency that you've chosen and you will be billed automatically on the monthly basis.
If you choose 3-Months Flowers, you will be billed for all deliveries when you first place your subscription order.

How often will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Your subscription will be charged:
- Weekly flowers
- Bi-Weekly flowers
- Monthly flowers

Can I send subscriptions as a gift?
Absolutely! 3-Months flower subscriptions are a popular gift option to celebrate special occasions, but you can customize your subscription gift by frequency and duration to choose a subscription best suited to your recipient. Subscriptions are an especially popular gift for the holidays! Surprise a loved one this holiday season with a flower subscription.
Can I pick which bouquet I receive?
While you’re not able to choose which bouquet you will receive, we will select the freshest option for your delivery date. Every arrangement is designed to create an on-trend look you won't find anywhere else!
Can I pause my flower subscription?
Yes, you can! Upon setting up an account, you can go into your subscriptions portal at any time and adjust your settings to pause your next delivery date and let us know the next best delivery date.
Can I change my delivery address?
To update your delivery address, log into your subscription portal and update your new address.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is if you started a subscription which requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it, or a RM55 cancellation fee will be impposed.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
How often will I be billed?
We offer both On-Going and 3-Months Flowers plans. If you choose On-Going, you will be billed on the monthly basis. If you choose 3-Months Flowers, you will be billed for all deliveries when you first place your subscription order.
What is the shipping fee on subscription orders?
We offer a flat rate shipping for all subscription orders as below:
- RM15 - within Klang Valley
- RM20 - for the rest of the coverage area
What day will my flower subscription be delivered on?
Depending on the day you first choose for your flower delivery and cadence, we’ll deliver on that day for the first delivery. If the subscription comes in after 3pm, the first delivery will be on the following day. For upcoming deliveries, it will delivered on Wednesday on your chosen delivery frequency.
How do I make changes to my current subscription plan?
Once you make an account you can make changes like reschedule your next delivery, see all the dates for your upcoming deliveries, change the delivery address, modify the gift message, or update your payment info in your subscriptions portal. All rescheduling and skip deliveries have to be done 7 days in advanced.
