Our fresh flowers are sourced daily and handled with care to ensure maximum freshness. With proper care, most flowers can last 5–7 days or longer, depending on the flower type and environment.

Proper care helps extend the freshness and beauty of your flowers. Refer to the steps below for best results.

Unwrap & Prepare: Remove all packaging and allow the flowers to breathe. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

Trim the Stems: Cut 1–2 cm off the stems at a 45° angle using clean scissors or a knife. This helps the flowers absorb water better.

Use Clean Water & Flower Food: Place flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water. If flower food is provided, mix it according to the instructions. You can also purchase flower food to help your flowers last longer.

Change Water Regularly: Replace the water every 1–2 days. Rinse the vase and re-trim the stems each time to keep bacteria away.

Remove Wilted Parts: Remove any leaves below the waterline and discard wilted petals or flowers to maintain freshness.

Choose the Right Spot: Keep flowers in a cool, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, fans, air-conditioning vents, and ripening fruits.

Refresh When Needed: If flowers start to droop, re-trim the stems and change the water to revive them.

We offer nationwide delivery (except Johor & Penang). For these regions, please order from our local branch stores. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3PM.

Self-pickup is available at our Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur store until 6PM, with a same-day pickup cut-off at 5PM.

Use Instructions & Dosing

This is a ready-to-use product (no mixing required).

STEP 1: Shake product spray bottle well before and during use. Do not dilute before use.
STEP 2: In short bursts, spray from a distance of 6” or 15cm a fine and even mist from the trigger nozzle onto fresh-cut flowers, foliage, evergreens, or potted plants for desired effect. Be careful not to concentrate spray in one spot.
STEP 3: Once applied, allow product to dry before delivering the arrangement or cold storage.
