All class sessions will cover 101 basic flower knowledge, inclusive of tying/wrapping/arrangement theories.
All materials and tools will be provided.

By registering for this class, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1.Participants must register exclusively through the designated Pudu Ria registration link. Registrations submitted through any other channels will not be accepted.
2. Participants are required to select all topics from either Day 1 +2 or Day 1+3. Mixing individual topics from different days is not permitted.
3.The class schedule is fixed and determined in advance. Participants may not select or request alternative class times.
4.Once the class has met the minimum enrollment requirement of six (6) participants, requests for rescheduling by individual participants will not be accommodated under any circumstances. Please ensure your availability before confirming your booking.
5.If the class does not achieve the minimum enrollment of six (6) participants, the class will be cancelled.
In the event of a cancellation, participants will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled class date, and a full refund of all fees paid will be issued.
6.Translation services will be provided throughout the class.
7.All necessarv materials, tools, and lunch will be provided.
8. The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.By registering for this class, participants agree to comply with any additional rules, guidelines, or instructions provided by the instructor or organiser.

1. Registration & Payment

Confirmation: Your spot in the workshop is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Slots: Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accuracy: Please ensure your contact details (Email and WhatsApp) are correct so you receive necessary pre-class instructions.

2. Perishable Goods & Cancellations

Non-Refundable: Because we source fresh flowers and materials specifically for each participant in advance, workshop fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, you may:
• Transfer your seat: Notify us at least 48 hours before the class with the name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the workshop fee and materials.

3. Class Content & Materials

Seasonality: Flowers are a product of nature. We reserve the right to substitute flower varieties or colors based on seasonal availability and market freshness, while maintaining the same value and aesthetic.
Tools: Professional tools (shears, wire cutters, etc.) provided during the class remain the property of Pudu Ria Florist unless stated otherwise as part of a take-home kit.

4. Safety & Liability

Handling Tools: Participants will be using sharp tools (floral scissors, knives). By registering, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
Liability: Pudu Ria Florist is not responsible for any personal injuries, allergic reactions to plants/flowers, or damage to personal clothing or belongings sustained during the workshop.

5. Punctuality

We value the experience of all participants. Classes will start exactly on time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. If you arrive late, the instructor will try their best to catch you up, but the class end time remains the same.

6. Photography & Media

We often take photos or videos during our workshops for social media and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant Pudu Ria Florist permission to use your likeness in these materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our team before the session begins.

7. Minimum Attendance & Postponement

In the rare event that a class does not meet the minimum number of participants or the instructor is unwell, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the session.
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a seat in a future session.
