Important Information: Before placing your order, please carefully review the Organizer's and Pudu Ria Florist's workshop terms and conditions. These policies cover our cancellation and material sourcing guidelines to help us provide the highest quality experience for every student.

1. Certification
Participants who successfully complete the full 3-day course will be awarded the SFS Floral Design Certificate.

2. Refreshments
Complimentary refreshments will be provided to all participants throughout the 3-day course.

3. Complimentary Gift
Each participant will receive one roll of Vaness wrapping paper as a complimentary gift upon attendance.

4. Registration, Substitution & Refund Policy
Registration is strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once confirmed.
However, participants may arrange for a substitute attendee if they are unable to attend. All substitution requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance.

5. Punctuality
Classes will commence promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals may miss part of the session, and no additional time or compensation will be provided.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, resulting in class cancellation, a full refund of the course fee will be issued to all participants.

7. Photo Disclaimer
Photo is for reference purposes only. The workshop arrangement may differ and will not be an exact replication of the design shown, subject to final materials, space, and setup conditions.

8. Rights of the Organizer
Blossom M reserves the right to amend course details, schedules, or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice when necessary.

1. Registration & Payment

Confirmation: Your spot in the workshop is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Slots: Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accuracy: Please ensure your contact details (Email and WhatsApp) are correct so you receive necessary pre-class instructions.

2. Perishable Goods & Cancellations

Non-Refundable: Because we source fresh flowers and materials specifically for each participant in advance, workshop fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, you may:
• Transfer your seat: Notify us at least 48 hours before the class with the name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
• Self-Collection: You may request to collect the floral materials/kit from our studio within 24 hours of the class time. (Note: Freshness is not guaranteed for late collections).
No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the workshop fee and materials.

3. Class Content & Materials

Seasonality: Flowers are a product of nature. We reserve the right to substitute flower varieties or colors based on seasonal availability and market freshness, while maintaining the same value and aesthetic.
Tools: Professional tools (shears, wire cutters, etc.) provided during the class remain the property of Pudu Ria Florist unless stated otherwise as part of a take-home kit.

4. Safety & Liability

Handling Tools: Participants will be using sharp tools (floral scissors, knives). By registering, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
Liability: Pudu Ria Florist is not responsible for any personal injuries, allergic reactions to plants/flowers, or damage to personal clothing or belongings sustained during the workshop.

5. Punctuality

We value the experience of all participants. Classes will start exactly on time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. If you arrive late, the instructor will try their best to catch you up, but the class end time remains the same.

6. Photography & Media

We often take photos or videos during our workshops for social media and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant Pudu Ria Florist permission to use your likeness in these materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our team before the session begins.

7. Minimum Attendance & Postponement

In the rare event that a class does not meet the minimum number of participants or the instructor is unwell, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the session.
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a seat in a future session.
