The Fuchsia plant is a popular ornamental plant known for its distinctive, pendulous flowers that come in a wide range of bright, striking colors. Native to Central and South America, New Zealand, and Tahiti, Fuchsia plants are often grown in hanging baskets or containers, where their showy flowers can cascade elegantly. They are prized for their unique shape, vibrant color combinations, and long blooming season.
Fuchsia plants typically have small, shrub-like growth with arching stems. The flowers are the highlight, featuring a teardrop shape with a long tube and colorful sepals and petals. These flowers often come in two-tone colors, such as pink, purple, red, and white. The flowers dangle like lanterns or earrings and are often bi-colored. Fuchsia flowers can be single, semi-double, or double, depending on the variety.
Always display dried flowers indoors, to keep them protected from the elements.
Keep your dried flowers away from direct sunlight, areas of bright light and away from humidity.

Thrives in partial shade or filtered sunlight. Direct sun, especially during the hottest part of the day, can scorch the leaves and reduce blooming. Do best in locations that receive morning sun and afternoon shade.
Soil
Use light, well-draining soil mix.
Water Requirement
Requires moderate watering. Keep the growing medium consistently moist.
Temperature
Ideal growing temperatures are between 15℃ to 24℃. Do not do well in extreme heat and should be protected from temperatures above 27°C.
Humidity
It does well in high humidity.
Fertilizer
Fuchsias are heavy feeders, especially when flowering. Apply a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer every two weeks during the growing season to encourage continuous blooming.
Caution
Remove spent flowers regularly to encourage new blooms and prevent the plant from going to seed. Regularly pinch back the growing tips of young plants to encourage bushier growth and more flowers.
