Cacti (plural of cactus) are a diverse group of plants belonging to the family Cactacea. Most cacti have thick, fleshy stems that store water. The stem is the primary photosynthetic organ in cacti, as their leaves are typically reduced to spines. Spines serve multiple purposes, including protecting the cactus from herbivores, shading the plant and reducing water loss by breaking up airflow around the stem. Cacti use a specialized form of photosynthesis (CAM photosynthesis) that allows them to open their stomata at night to reduce water loss.

Our fresh flowers are sourced daily and handled with care to ensure maximum freshness. With proper care, most flowers can last 5–7 days or longer, depending on the flower type and environment.

Proper care helps extend the freshness and beauty of your flowers. Refer to the steps below for best results.

Unwrap & Prepare: Remove all packaging and allow the flowers to breathe. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

Trim the Stems: Cut 1–2 cm off the stems at a 45° angle using clean scissors or a knife. This helps the flowers absorb water better.

Use Clean Water & Flower Food: Place flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water. If flower food is provided, mix it according to the instructions. You can also purchase flower food to help your flowers last longer.

Change Water Regularly: Replace the water every 1–2 days. Rinse the vase and re-trim the stems each time to keep bacteria away.

Remove Wilted Parts: Remove any leaves below the waterline and discard wilted petals or flowers to maintain freshness.

Choose the Right Spot: Keep flowers in a cool, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, fans, air-conditioning vents, and ripening fruits.

Refresh When Needed: If flowers start to droop, re-trim the stems and change the water to revive them.

Our plants are carefully selected and nurtured before delivery. With proper care — including watering, sunlight, and occasional pruning — most indoor plants can thrive for months or even years.

Each plant comes with simple care instructions. Follow guidance on watering, light exposure, temperature, and fertilising to help your plant grow healthy and strong.

Light: Thrives in bright indirect sunlight and can tolerate some direct sunlight. Plant’s colour become faded or it starts stretching out (etiolation) when there is insufficient sunlight.

Soil: Use well-draining, sandy, or gritty soil mix designed for cacti and succulents.

Water Requirement: Water deeply but infrequently. Allow the growing medium to dry out completely between waterings. Typically, it needs to be watered 1-3 weeks once, depending on light and temperature conditions.

Temperature: Ideal growing temperatures are between 21℃ to 27℃. Keep it away from air conditioners, cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.

Humidity: It does not require high humidity.

Fertiliser: Fertilize lightly during growing season. Fertilise every 4 to 6 weeks during the growing season.

Caution: Remove dead or damaged leaves to keep the plant healthy and encourage new growth.
