Proper care helps extend the freshness and beauty of your flowers. Refer to the steps below for best results.

Unwrap & Prepare: Remove all packaging and allow the flowers to breathe. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

Trim the Stems: Cut 1–2 cm off the stems at a 45° angle using clean scissors or a knife. This helps the flowers absorb water better.

Use Clean Water & Flower Food: Place flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water. If flower food is provided, mix it according to the instructions. You can also purchase flower food to help your flowers last longer.

Change Water Regularly: Replace the water every 1–2 days. Rinse the vase and re-trim the stems each time to keep bacteria away.

Remove Wilted Parts: Remove any leaves below the waterline and discard wilted petals or flowers to maintain freshness.

Choose the Right Spot: Keep flowers in a cool, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, fans, air-conditioning vents, and ripening fruits.

Refresh When Needed: If flowers start to droop, re-trim the stems and change the water to revive them.

Each plant comes with simple care instructions. Follow guidance on watering, light exposure, temperature, and fertilising to help your plant grow healthy and strong.

Light: Prefers bright indirect sunlight, Avoid strong afternoon sun (can burn leaves).

Soil: Use well-draining bonsai soil mix. Good drainage is very important to prevent root rot.

Water Requirement: Keep soil slightly moist at all times. Water every 1–2 days depending on environment. Do NOT let soil fully dry out.

Temperature: Ideal is 20°C – 32°C

Humidity: Prefers high humidity (60%–80%), suitable for Malaysia, but avoid dry air (aircond direct blow)

Fertiliser: Use mild liquid fertilizer every 2–4 weeks

Caution: Very sensitive plant (not beginner-friendly). May drop leaves if moved or stressed & keep away from strong wind / heavy rain.
