Unwrap & Prepare: Remove all packaging and allow the flowers to breathe. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

Trim the Stems: Cut 1–2 cm off the stems at a 45° angle using clean scissors or a knife. This helps the flowers absorb water better.

Use Clean Water & Flower Food: Place flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water. If flower food is provided, mix it according to the instructions. You can also purchase flower food to help your flowers last longer.

Change Water Regularly: Replace the water every 1–2 days. Rinse the vase and re-trim the stems each time to keep bacteria away.

Remove Wilted Parts: Remove any leaves below the waterline and discard wilted petals or flowers to maintain freshness.

Choose the Right Spot: Keep flowers in a cool, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, fans, air-conditioning vents, and ripening fruits.

Refresh When Needed: If flowers start to droop, re-trim the stems and change the water to revive them.

Our plants are carefully selected and nurtured before delivery. With proper care — including watering, sunlight, and occasional pruning — most indoor plants can thrive for months or even years.

Each plant comes with simple care instructions. Follow guidance on watering, light exposure, temperature, and fertilising to help your plant grow healthy and strong.

Light: Bright, indirect light helps keep variegation strong. Avoid direct hot sun.

Soil: Best blend: orchid bark + perlite + peat. The purpose is to hold moisture but drains fast to prevents root rot.

Water Requirement: Usually 1-2 times per week. Depends on weather if its hot 2-3 times a week if its cool or humid once a week is enough however to be safe you can use your finger or stick to check the soil if still damp then watering can be waited until the next day.

Temperature: Ideal temperature is 18-30°C. Avoid temperature below 15°C as it will damage leaves.

Humidity: Prefers 60–80% humidity.

Fertiliser: Use a balanced liquid fertilizer (20-20-20 or similar). once every 1–2 months.
